What materials do your fasteners adopt?
We supply 304 / 316 stainless steel, 8.8 / 10.9 high-strength carbon steel, alloy steel fasteners. Surface treatment includes black oxide, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, passivation, customized according to working conditions such as anti-corrosion, high temperature and high pressure.
Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization. You can provide drawings, samples or size parameters. Our technical team develops special fasteners for aerospace, petrochemical, agricultural machinery, automobile, wooden furniture and construction industries.
For standard size stock items, small trial orders are acceptable. For customized non-standard fasteners, minimum quantity depends on machining process. Please send us your size list to get detailed MOQ and factory price.
All batches can offer material certificate, tensile test report, hardness test, salt spray test document. These documents support overseas factory audits, project bidding and industry safety review.
Our hardware covers: Construction, Automobile Manufacturing, New Energy EV, Agricultural Machinery, Wooden Furniture, Petrochemical Engineering, Aerospace Equipment, General machinery assembly.
Standard stock goods: 3–7 days delivery. Customized production orders: 15–30 days based on quantity. We support OEM labeling, neutral export packaging, and cooperate with sea & air freight for global clients.

Order

How can I place an order for fasteners?
You can send us your detailed requirements including type, size, material, quantity, drawings or photos via email, WhatsApp. Our sales team will confirm specifications, price, lead time and prepare formal Proforma Invoice for your order.
For standard stock fasteners, small trial orders are acceptable. For customized non-standard fasteners, MOQ depends on production process. Contact us with your size list to get exact MOQ and quotation.
Yes. Mixed items & mixed sizes within one shipment are supported, as long as total quantity meets our basic requirement. We will arrange unified packaging and shipment for you.
We accept T/T wire transfer. Normally 30% deposit upon PI confirmation, the balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Other payment terms can be further negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.
Standard packing: plastic bags + cartons, with pallet option. We support customized neutral export packaging, OEM private label marking according to your requirements.
Sea freight, air freight and international express are optional. We can quote shipping cost and recommend the most cost-effective solution based on your order weight, volume and required delivery date.

What is your delivery lead time?
For standard fasteners in stock: 3–7 working days after deposit confirmation. For customized non-standard fasteners: 15–30 working days, depending on order quantity and machining complexity. We will keep you updated on production progress.
We provide sea freight, air freight and international express. We will recommend the most cost-effective shipping plan based on your order weight, volume and required delivery schedule.
Freight terms can be negotiated. We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. The freight cost can be borne by the buyer, or we can calculate all-in price including shipping upon request.
Once goods are dispatched, we will send you the bill of lading, airway bill or tracking number. You can track shipment status online anytime.
We adopt reinforced export packaging such as cartons + pallets to reduce damage risk. If damage occurs during transportation, you can claim compensation from the logistics carrier according to shipping insurance.
Yes. For small sample & trial orders, we support international express for fast door-to-door delivery to meet your urgent demand.
